The iTool System is a practical new and user friendly Videoscope
product (by IT Concepts) at the cutting edge of industrial RVI. This system is
easily transported, uncomplicated to setup and straightforward to
use. Each iTool System has three primary components, an iTool
Video Imaging Hub, an iSeries Videoscope and an iCase or iCase+.
The iTool System is equipped with a selection of essential
features that can be used to accomplish RVI tasks from simple
visual checks to advanced inspection procedures.

Components of the iTool System

iTool Video Imaging Hub:
The iTool Video Imaging Hub is the heart of each iTool inspection
system and combines illumination, image control and management
functions.
With the iTool, images can be viewed,
marked with the on screen text generator and quickly saved with ease.
Onboard digital storage media or the iTools USB interface can be used to
transfer images to a PC.
This remarkably small base unit can be used
either in an iCase of remotely at the inspection site.
The iTool has an all metal frame
construction which provides the structural strength required for
everyday use in the industrial work environment.

iSeries Videoscopes deliver high-resolution image rich in
form and detail.
A Sony Super HAD-CCD image
sensor is a vital center of every iSeries Videoscope
providing unsurpassed resolution and image quality.
All iSeries Videoscopes feature
in-the-handpiece camera control electronics which means many
different Video-scopes can be used with the same Video
Imaging Hub.
Interchangeable objective
lenses with multiple field of |
view, depth of field and light gather combinations make
iSeries Videoscopes suitable for practically any
application. All iSeries Videoscope objective lenses fit
securely into the scope's distal head without increasing its
overall length. This is particularly valuable when the scope
needs to be articulated thorugh tight bends in tubes or
pipes.
The mechanical construction
blueprint for iSeries Videoscopes is based on over a decade
of experience building RVI tools that are comfortable to use
and capable of withstanding the rigors of the industrial

iCase and iCase+
Purpose designed "roll
along" transportation, storage and operating cases.
More than accessories, these
cases transform an excellent industrial video inspection
tool into an intelligent inspection system. The outside
shell is watertight, head-resistant, extremely lightweight
and virtually indestructible. The neat interior features a
very practical iSeries Videoscope storage system that
reduces the possibility of scope damage during setup and
disassembly. |
